EmlViewer Pro (also known as PstViewer Pro) is a Windows email viewer. You can use it to discover and export .eml emails to to PDF and many other formats.
EmlViewer Pro lets you make your own email export profiles. What is an export profile? Its a pre-set instruction that tells EmlViewer Pro exactly what to do with the emails you have chosen.
EmlViewer Pro comes with many pre-built export profiles. You’ll find them in the export tab drop down list.
You can edit any of these export profiles and add more features, such as naming files, copying files, setting page size, export format and much more.
To make changes to an export profile, just select it and click the “Edit Profile” button.
From the “Edit Profile” page you can adjust, select and change any of the options that are associated with the selected EmlViewer Pro export profile.
Editing existing profiles is good, but if you’re ready to take it to the next level, you can design completely new email export profiles by clicking the “New Profile” button.
This starts the “New Export Profile” wizard. Just follow along and make the choices that will best fit your project.
EmlViewer Pro gives you many options. If you’re satisfied with the “out of the box” email export options (and many people are), then there’s no need to make profile changes. However, if you think that EmlViewer Pro would be a little bit better if an export profile could do a few more things, then investigating the profile settings could be exactly what you need to get the job done perfectly.
